Events Head Waiter

Role

We are currently looking for a Head Waiter to join our Banqueting team at Rosewood London. Our Head Waiter is entrusted with supporting the Events Floor Manager and supervisor in ensuring a great service delivery is provided consistently throughout all events at the hotel.

Key expectations of this role are

• Ensuring that all aspects of the guest experience are delivered in allocated event spaces according to Rosewood standards.


• Coordinating small upscale internal and social events to deliver heartfelt interactions with our guests.


• Having a thorough knowledge of all products offered by Events to be able to maximise sales.


• Effectively communicating tasks to agency and casual associates.

Profile

• The ability to work in a team and build relationships with the others.


• Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks.


• A good understanding of how to supervise agency and casual associates.


• Having a passion for events and taking ownership of the guest experience.
