Events Coordinator and Host Dakota Newcastle

Dakota Newcastle is seeking a full-time team member to deliver exceptional guest service in our reservations function. Based in Shieldfield, Newcastle upon Tyne, this permanent role is contracted for 40 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday with weekend work as required. The position offers a gross annual package of £32,000 including anticipated tronc, paid hourly. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional, efficient and friendly service to guests, ensuring high standards are consistently maintained and supporting the wider hotel operations as needed.
