Events and Fundraising Volunteer - Manchester Sleep Out

We're seeking enthusiastic volunteers to support our Manchester Sleep Out event on 27 February. We have two shifts available: day shift from 12 noon until 4pm and evening shift from 5pm until 10.30pm.

CORE TASKS

• Supporting with a range of tasks to ensure the smooth running of our Sleep Out event
• Tasks will be allocated closer to the day but can include assisting with registration, helping out on activity stalls or assisting with day set up

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Ability to communicate confidently and clearly with event participants, other volunteers and staff
• Ability to remain calm when involved with challenging individuals and situations
• Understanding of the importance of teamwork and a strong commitment to being part of a team
• Be reliable and have a positive outlook
