Events and Equipment Manager

We're looking for someone who has:

• Experience in event management, logistics, or equipment coordination.
• Experience managing or tracking inventory.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Confidence building and maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers and a team of wonderful colleagues.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• The ability to stay organised and calm in a fast paced environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and travel when required.
• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

You are:

• Someone who enjoys variety and being involved in different aspects of events.
• Comfortable taking the lead on the day of an event, briefing teams and coordinating suppliers.
• Highly organised and able to prepare and manage equipment for multiple events.
• A clear communicator who works well with both clients and internal teams.
• A practical problem solver who can think on their feet when plans change.
• A team player who is happy to roll up their sleeves and support where needed.
• Someone who takes pride in delivering well run events and keeping equipment in great condition.
