Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Academy and Forum in EMEA in day to day planning and execution of Academy and Forum programming aligned with OpenAI's regional Global Affairs priorities.
  • Design and execute online and in person events across EMEA - such as in person trainings, webinars and panel discussions - that reflect the missions of the OpenAI Academy and Forum, also ensuring programming is culturally relevant and locally informed.
  • Manage timelines, guest communications, vendors, travel, and follow ups for regional activations.
  • Track KPIs, participant feedback, and performance metrics, and provide regular internal reporting across initiatives.
  • Oversee end to end event strategy and execution, including programming, complex logistics, budgeting and delivery.
  • Manage content roadmaps - oversee the development and scheduling of online OpenAI Academy and Forum events and webinars, ensuring they meet the needs of the community and align with broader organisational objectives.
  • Coordinate cross functional contributors - collaborate with internal teams, including policy, events, communications, go to market to ensure impactful initiatives.
  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies - create and implement plans to foster a vibrant online and in person community.
  • Monitor and analyse community metrics - track engagement and feedback to inform continuous improvement of OpenAI Academy and Forum programming.
Requirements
  • Event production expertise - hands on experience planning and executing both online and in person events.
  • AI enthusiast - experience working with agents to automate workflows a plus.
  • Comfort with tools like Figma, HubSpot.
  • Content strategy and coordination skills - ability to oversee content development, manage roadmaps, and ensure a consistent and engaging community experience.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills - a talent for conveying ideas effectively and working cross functionally with both internal teams and external community members.
  • Adaptability - the ability to navigate changing priorities while managing multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Languages - fluency in English, additional EU languages a plus.
