Job Description
Overview

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, identify new opportunities, secure new and repeat business, and build client relationships alongside managing client event accounts


Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts, fostering strong relationships with existing clients and supporting implementation of new business.

  • Act as the key contact for clients with events and group business, obtaining a deep understanding of client business objectives and event requirements to provide tailored event solutions.

  • Lead regular business review meetings, analysing data to identify patterns, uncover opportunities and develop strategic plans that drive client growth.

  • Proactively engage in selling our event services, supporting revenue growth and contributing to the growth strategy.

  • Put customers first and deliver the best possible service at all times.

  • Contribute to client's events through advising on beneficial additional services; creative ideas; business solutions and negotiation.

  • Work alongside Event Managers from kick-off to completion to ensure high level of execution and delivery.

  • Keep the events team informed of significant client developments and ensure internal records are accurate and up to date.

  • Support the escalation process for complaints and client feedback, ensuring issues are addressed efficiently and effectively.
