You'll play an important role in supporting the smoothrunning of events, providing excellent customer service and helping to create awelcoming and enjoyable experience for guests. From assisting with event set-upand guest service to supporting food and beverage operations, you'll be part ofa friendly and professional team where no two shifts are the same.

As a casual team member, you'll have the flexibilityto work around your availability while gaining valuable experience across avariety of events. What you'll do:

• Welcome and greet clients and guests warmly upon arrival, creating a friendly and positive first impression.
• Follow all company and client policies, procedures and statutory regulations to ensure a safe, compliant and professional environment.
• Serve food and beverages to a high standard, providing excellent customer service and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience.
• Assist with the set-up and breakdown of events, including preparing and clearing equipment, furniture and service areas.
• Maintain a positive, professional and customer-focused approach while working efficiently in a fast-paced event environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and respond to the direction of supervisors and managers to ensure events run smoothly.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by the supervisor or manager.

What you'llbring:

• Previous experience in hospitality, events or customer service is desirable butnot essential- full training will be provided.
• A friendly, approachable and customer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to provide excellent service.
• Reliable and flexible, with the ability to work a variety of shifts around event schedules.
• Comfortable working as part of a team in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• A professional attitude, good communication skills and a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
