This innovative, eco-friendly catering company based in East London is expanding rapidly. Known for their creative, colourful, and seasonal menus, often vegetarian or vegan. Events range from 20 to 500 guests, with up to 15+ events during busy weeks. The team is hardworking, and this role is crucial for supporting business growth and employee wellbeing. Exciting times ahead with potential for career progression.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily catering operations and logistics, booking drivers, organizing event equipment, managing GP data related to food & drink, and liaising with suppliers. The role may also involve on-site event support (paid overtime) and working on sustainability initiatives, such as B Corp Certification during quieter months.

Experience in catering is essential. The ideal candidate is a team player, calm under pressure, highly organized, confident in decision-making, and eager to get involved.

This is a Monday to Friday, 40-hour daytime role with occasional evening/weekend work and paid overtime. A fantastic opportunity for a dedicated, organized, and proactive team player who enjoys hands-on work.
