Event Manager

Job Title: Event Manager

Provide end to end Leadership, planning, coordination and execution of events including overseeing logistics, stakeholder communication and reporting.

Activities:

Liaise with the Event Design Lead to identify key cutover activities, execution sequence & dependencies (across all events including test phases, dress rehearsals and LD1)

Work across all Work Streams (For Example - TSA, Value Streams, Data Transfer) to define detailed cutover scope and plan (and all associated artefacts)

Embed the use of appropriate tooling and consistent structure for building runbooks

Plan and manage the event runbook creation

Set up the Command and Control organization and operating model for major events

Define & embed the incident management process for events both internally and with the buyer

Agree ways of working and joint milestones/interlocks with the buyer

Define and track entry and exit criteria across all workstreams for events both internally as well as with the buyer

Manage the staffing of rotas to ensure all teams are fully resourced to support events

Facilitate event Go/No-Go meeting

Manage the execution of the event, MI reporting, issue management and escalation

Incorporate lessons learnt from past events
