Evening Room Attendant - Flexi Hours

Available working hours will vary each week and can range anywhere from 0 to 40 hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform evening turndown service in guest rooms, which includes preparing the bed, tidying the room, replenishing amenities, and refreshing towels.
• Ensure that all guest rooms are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Provide thoughtful touches to enhance the guest experience, such as arranging personal items, closing curtains, and placing bedside mats.
• Work closely with the housekeeping and front office teams to ensure guest preferences and special requests are met.

Qualifications

Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role in a luxury hotel or resort is preferred. Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest service. Proficiency in conversational English to effectively communicate with colleagues and guests.
