Duties and responsibilities related to the Evening Room Attendant role

• Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces
• Perform evening turndown service, replenishing amenities, refreshing towels, and preparing beds for the night
• Add thoughtful touches to enhance the guest experience, such as arranging personal items, closing curtains, and placing bedside mats
• Work closely with housekeeping and front office teams to ensure guest preferences and special requests are met
