Job Description
b3 recruitment ltd is seeking a Production Team Leader for a late shift at a Hampshire-based food production site. You will oversee the late shift, support the production line and ensure daily cleaning and readiness for the next day, while monitoring KPIs.
The role requires supervisory experience in food manufacturing and knowledge of HACCP, with proven ability to lead operators on multiple lines.
