Evening Production Team Lead - Growth & Progression

E3recruitment is seeking a hands-on Production Team Leader for a Doncaster facility. You'll support a small team of around 7, supervise daily production activities, and help the site meet customer requirements and quality targets.

This temporary-to-permanent role offers Monday-Friday evenings (5pm-1am) with overtime opportunities and ongoing development within a growing manufacturing business. You'll work in a friendly environment focused on safety and continuous improvement.
