Job Description

We are seeking an Evaluation & Insights Coordinator to play a vital role in supporting our Evaluation and Insights function, including our Patient and Public Involvement & Engagement (PPIE) team.

Salary: £36,050 to £51,500 per annum

Are you an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for supporting impactful work in health and care? This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to projects that accelerate research and innovation into practice, improving outcomes for patients and communities across North London.

In this role, you'll provide high-quality coordination and administrative support across a diverse portfolio of projects. You'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of meetings, events, and evaluation activities. You'll also help maintain key systems and processes that underpin our work, from stakeholder engagement to project planning and reporting.

We're looking for someone with strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You'll be confident using Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint), quick to learn new systems, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Experience coordinating events or supporting project delivery is essential, and an interest in health evaluation, research, or public involvement is a plus.
