European Tax Lead for Software Portfolio

Valsoft Corporation seeks a highly capable Tax Manager to lead European tax matters for the Helios / Tessera portfolio across the UK, NL, DE, FR, BE, IT and CH. You will collaborate with portfolio finance teams and HQ to ensure compliant tax reporting and strategic planning.

Key responsibilities include European tax compliance, tax provision work, transfer pricing, and international tax diligence for M&A, with travel and close coordination with the VP of Tax and legal teams.
