European Talent Acquisition Manager - London Onsite

Gensler is seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager to join our European region, based onsite in our London office. The role reports to the Regional HR Director and drives talent strategy, oversees TA processes as we scale, and mentors the TA team across Europe.

You will partner with Senior Leadership and HR to forecast hiring needs, lead region-wide recruitment initiatives, and ensure an excellent candidate experience across all levels, from emerging talent to executives.
