Job Description- Manage and grow relationships with key European accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans tailored to client needs.
- Identify opportunities for expanding product offerings within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Conduct market analysis to anticipate trends and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profitability.
- Travel across Europe as required to meet with key clients and stakeholders.
A successful European Key Account Manager should have:
- Proven experience in account management within the FMCG industry.
- A strong understanding of European markets and distributors and consumer trends.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with sales reporting tools and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel within Europe for business purposes.
- A competitive salary circa £60,000
