Job Description
  • Manage and grow relationships with key European accounts to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans tailored to client needs.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding product offerings within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market analysis to anticipate trends and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profitability.
  • Travel across Europe as required to meet with key clients and stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant

A successful European Key Account Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in account management within the FMCG industry.
  • A strong understanding of European markets and distributors and consumer trends.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with sales reporting tools and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe for business purposes.
