European Head of Compliance & Risk Strategy

NFP Europe, part of the Aon group, seeks a Head of Compliance to lead the UK and ROI regulatory program. You will own the compliance strategy, oversee the framework, and coordinate interactions with regulators to ensure strong customer outcomes.

The role requires strategic leadership and excellent stakeholder management across multiple locations. You will mentor the UK and ROI teams, drive risk-based reviews, and report to the General Counsel and Board.
