Europe Senior University Recruiter - Engineering & Design

Deliveroo is seeking a Senior University Recruiter to lead end-to-end early careers hiring for Engineering and Design in Europe, spearheading a unified internship program across DoorDash, Wolt and Deliveroo. You'll partner with universities, shape interview processes, and help plan events to scale the program.

You'll influence hiring standards, build diverse pipelines, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from campus outreach to onboarding, reporting into the Global University Recruiting
