Job Overview

TrendAI is a global AI security leader and a business unit of Trend Micro. We seek an enthusiastic professional to deliver exemplary Sales Support for our channel, AWS and xSP businesses within the European Commercial Centre of Excellence (CCE) Team. This role will partner with Field Sales teams, Marketing, and Channel Partners to sustain high quality client service and support revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a welcoming, supportive attitude to encourage collaboration across all organizational levels.
  • Effectively manage a high volume of Tier1 clients, ensuring top tier service delivery, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
  • Handle complex, urgent, and critical situations with professionalism, maintaining strong relationships with the business unit.
  • Collaborate across diverse teams and departments, fostering a cooperative work environment.
  • Communicate openly, share knowledge, and support colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Maintain methodical, organized task execution, ensuring efficient and accurate completion.
  • Prioritize effectively, maintaining clear and structured processes to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Encourage open communication and feedback at all levels, actively listening and expressing ideas clearly.
  • Commit to high quality work, consistently striving for excellence and taking ownership of outcomes.
  • Participate in social events and team activities to build strong relationships within the business unit.
  • Advise sales teams on quote structures, pricing, discounting, and related processes.
  • Initiate regular update meetings or conference calls with sales teams to share activity performance and feedback.
  • Become familiar with all in house business systems and stay updated on new developments.
  • Drive key revenue opportunities and seek continuous process improvements.
  • Evolve the role in response to business needs, adding value where possible.
  • Willingness to travel for events within the business units and local events.
Qualifications
  • Fluent written and spoken English and German.
  • Business or relevant third level qualification desirable.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a sales or customer support role.
  • Strong understanding of sales organisation dynamics.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Windows.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
  • Strong administration, organisational, analytical, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multi task, prioritise, work on own initiative, and handle pressure.
  • Previous experience in the cyber security industry is desirable.
