Europe PTP & OTC Lead - Finance Transformation Role - Poland

Are you ready to lead and shape core financial operations across Europe? We're looking for a dynamic professional to oversee Procure-to-Pay (PtP) and Order-to-Cash (OtC) processes, driving excellence, automation, and compliance across multiple markets.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of PtP and OtC processes across European entities.
• Champion process standardization and automation initiatives (RPA, ERP improvements).
• Ensure timely and accurate invoice and payment processing.
• Lead and develop a cross-country finance team.
• Collaborate with procurement, IT, and finance stakeholders to boost operational efficiency.
• Track performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and global financial standards.
• Lead optimization projects within the PtP and OtC scope.

What You Bring:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 7-10 years of experience in shared services, finance, or procurement within multinational settings.
• Strong ERP expertise (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, IFS).
• Proven leadership in process transformation and team management.
• Solid understanding of Shared Service Centers and centralized operations.
• Experience with automation technologies (RPA, AI).
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Bonus: Experience in the FMCG sector.
