Europe Head of Compliance & Regulatory Strategy

The Maples Group is seeking a London-based Head of Compliance - Europe to lead and oversee the European compliance function for the Legal Advisory Services business across multiple jurisdictions.

Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, you will manage regulatory licensing, AML/KYC programs, sanctions risk, and reporting, while coordinating with local teams in Jersey, Ireland, Luxembourg, and the UK to ensure consistent standards and proactive risk management across Europe.
