Europe FP&A Leader: Strategic Finance & Growth

Montu is seeking a senior FP&A leader to own planning, forecasting and decision-support across its European business. You'll partner with Commercial, Marketing, Technology and leadership to shape strategy and performance, with scope to build and lead an FP&A function as the company scales.

The role requires 8+ years in FP&A or commercial finance, ACA/CIMA/ACCA, advanced modelling, and a track record of implementing reporting infrastructure in fast-growth environments.
