Role Overview

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and good time management skills.

• Shifts: Monday to Friday, 4:00pm to 8:00pm (no weekend work).
• Minimum commitment: 10 hours per week, with 20 hours per week preferred.

The Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and good time management skills.

Key Accountabilities

• General Cleaning: Thoroughly clean all areas, including offices, toilets, common areas, and other designated spaces.
• Waste Management: Collect and dispose of rubbish and recyclable materials appropriately.
• Surface Maintenance: Dust, mop, sweep, vacuum, and sanitise floors, carpets, and surfaces.
• Equipment Handling: Operate cleaning machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Restock Supplies: Monitor and replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies such as soap, towels, and toilet paper.
• Report Issues: Identify and report maintenance or repair needs to the Facilities Lead.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations and protocols.
• Additional Tasks: Perform other related duties to ensure the site's smooth operation.

Location

This role requires you to work on site at our modern manufacturing facility in Hereford Before applying, please make sure you can commute to Coldwell Radio Station, Madley, Herefordshire, HR2 9NE
