EU HR Compliance Lead - Travel-Ready

Ardmac is seeking a HR Compliance Officer based in our Dublin office to join our growing team. The role focuses on ensuring Ardmac staff and subcontractors across Europe comply with employment, social welfare and local registration processes.

The successful candidate will promote best practice compliance, conduct site audits, manage visa and right-to-work requirements, and provide documentation and controls to support Ardmac projects across Europe.
