Responsibilities

• Execute initiatives to drive growth within the EU Live Streaming market. This includes identifying new business opportunities and proactively implementing strategies to enhance the scalability of EU Live businesses. Ensure the flawless execution of growth projects for the EU LIVE Team, such as agency strategies.
• Develop and refine processes and organizational procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity. Ensure that key information is clearly communicated across teams. Act as a crucial liaison between teams in China and the EU, both within and outside the EU LIVE team. Collaborate with executive team members to define and prioritize business strategies, as well as monitor deliverables and results.
• Assist creators in their growth by utilizing existing operation data for data analysis and business development assessments, and formulate relevant growth recommendations while implementing operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience in project management, including the successful execution of strategies and initiatives.
• Proficiency in English is required to effectively work communicate and collaborate across regions with different agencies and fluency in written and spoken Chinese is needed to manage stakeholders in China market.
• Strong data analysis capabilities, with the ability to analyse data and identify trends that inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborative team player with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve results.
• Highly competitive and motivated by results, with the ability to devise and execute strategic plans to drive business growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in guild or streamer operations, demonstrating strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
