EU & UK Payments Compliance Lead

TikTok is seeking a Business Compliance Officer for UK & EU within Global Payment to lead licensing across multiple jurisdictions and oversee regulatory licensing, PSD2, FCA regimes. This role coordinates with regulators, manages bank partnerships and ensures compliant BNPL, loans and merchant financing programs.

The candidate will implement compliance frameworks, monitor third party arrangements, and drive regulatory examination readiness across UK and EU markets.
