Estimator - Construction Tendering & Costing

Galliford Try in Manchester is seeking an Estimator to join the team and oversee cost planning, first principles estimating and quantity take-offs from drawings for projects across the Northwest from the Manchester office. You will prepare bills of quantities, pricing documents and issue subcontract and material enquiries, while reviewing specifications and ensuring compliance.

The role involves tender preparation, risk analysis and developing supplier relationships for an optimal commercial
