Estimating & Commercial Strategy Lead

VINCI is seeking a senior Estimator/Head of Estimating to own and drive the function across refurbishment and selected new build schemes. You will combine hands-on tendering with strategic leadership to secure projects across social housing, healthcare, education and commercial fit out.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, align estimating approaches with business units and push continuous improvement in processes and tools. Travel to sites will be required as part of the role.
