Estates Operative

My client is currently recruiting a Temporary Estates Operative to support across the Northeast. This role focusses on preparing void properties to a safe, clean, and lettable standard, helping us turnaround homes efficiently for new tenants.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing empty homes to be "lettable ready" standards
• General estate work
• Clearing properties and communal areas where required
• Cutting Grass, Hedges
• Working closely with trades, housing officers, and contractors=

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work independently and manage workloads
• Experience within social housing is highly desirable
