We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded property professional to lead on strategic development and regeneration projects that deliver real benefits for our communities. Working with landowners, developers, public sector partners and local stakeholders, you will help bring forward key development opportunities, negotiate complex property agreements, manage strategic partnerships and ensure projects are delivered successfully from inception to completion. This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering the Council's growth ambitions, improving places and creating lasting social and economic value across the Borough.
