Estates Customer Support and M&E manager
About the RoleAs a Customer Estates Support Officer (SISS & M&E), you'll play a vital part in keeping our stations running smoothly by supporting the management and maintenance of key customer facing systems such as CCTV, Customer Information Screens, PA systems and Help Points. You'll work closely with our SISS maintenance contractor, station teams and internal stakeholders to monitor performance, co ordinate maintenance activity and ensure faults are resolved quickly. The role blends office-based tasks with on-site visits across the TPE network, giving you hands on experience in estates management and asset performance. To succeed, you'll need proven experience managing SISS and/or M&E systems, along with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach. This is a great opportunity to develop your expertise within a fast paced operational environment.
