Estates Compliance & Maintenance Lead

BRE is seeking an Estates Maintenance and Compliance Officer to support the day-to-day operation of the BRE estate in Watford. You will help ensure statutory compliance, maintain accurate records and coordinate maintenance with service providers and contractors.

Working across hard and soft facilities management, you'll collaborate with internal teams, SHE, tenants and suppliers to deliver high standards of service and drive continuous improvement across the estate.
