Estates Capital Projects Lead

NHS is seeking a Capital Projects Estates Officer to oversee and manage capital estates schemes from minor works to major projects. This role requires ensuring all schemes are completed on time and within budget while fulfilling the Trust's objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and experience in a healthcare environment, alongside strong project management skills and knowledge of building regulations.
