Estates CAFM Lead: BIM/CAD, BMS & Asset Systems

The NHS is recruiting an Estates Officer (Band 6) to lead the Trust's CAFM and related estates systems, ensuring compliance and data-driven performance. The role includes asset management, space planning and coordinating maintenance activities across BMS, CAD, security and helpdesk functions.

You will act as technical lead, support upgrades, develop training materials and dashboards, and drive improvements in CAFM processes while mentoring staff and contributing to capital project handovers.
