Estate/Maintenance Officer - Supported Housing Bristol (Field-Based) £25,895 per annum 37 hours per week Permanent Position Full-Time, Part-Time & Job Share Opportunities AvailableAre you someone who takes pride in maintaining safe, clean, and welcoming environments? We're looking for an Estate Officer to join a Supported Housing team, helping to ensure residents enjoy well-maintained homes and communal spaces.What You'll Be Doing: Carrying out minor maintenance and repair works Cleaning and maintaining communal areas and gardens Preparing vacant properties for new residents through cleaning and decorating Managing the security of communal and void properties Monitoring stock levels and completing basic administrative tasks Liaising with contractors and supporting residents when requiredWhat We're Looking For: Experience in cleaning, gardening, decorating, maintenance, or a similar hands-on role Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and use your own initiative A positive attitude and pride in delivering high standards Confidence dealing with contractors and customers Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicleWhat's On Offer?
