Estate Strategy & Growth Lead

Ports of Jersey owns and manages a unique and varied estate, spanning the Airport, Harbours and surrounding land and property assets that are critical to the Island's connectivity, economy and future growth.

The role of Estate Strategy Manager plays a key part in supporting how that estate is planned, used and developed. Working alongside senior leaders, you'll help shape a commercially focused estate strategy that looks at how our assets can work harder - generating income, supporting operations and delivering long term value. You'll contribute analysis, ideas and options to inform development and regeneration decisions, helping turn ambition into practical, investable proposals aligned with the Island Plan, operational needs and wider regulatory and funding considerations.
