Your Responsibilities
  • Lead on electrical compliance, safety, and risk management in line with legislation and best practice.
  • Manage the EICR programme, electrical repairs, and contractor performance.
  • Oversee statutory compliance, policies, and procedures for housing and corporate assets.
  • Produce assurance and performance reports for senior managers and councillors.
  • Manage procurement, contracts, and budgets, ensuring effective service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Drive continuous improvement, ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence.
