Estate Hospitality Lead - Guest Experience & Operations

Penicuik Estate is seeking a House Manager to deliver warm, seamless hospitality across the estate, cottages and event spaces. You will be the face of the estate on shift, ensuring every property is beautifully prepared before arrival and guests are looked after throughout their stay.

The role is full-time on a rolling shift pattern, including evenings and weekends, with a competitive salary dependent on experience.
