Estate Grounds & Cleaning Operative

Southern Housing in Croydon is seeking a team member to support estate services, undertaking a wide range of duties including minor internal and external property repairs, and supporting cleaning and gardening teams to keep communal areas well maintained. Tools and PPE provided, uniform and safety boots supplied, ability to undertake physically demanding work.

You will work from local estates and hubs across our area of operation, be a point of contact for residents, report repairs, perform
