Estate Garden Apprentice: Hands-On Horticulture + Diploma

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd. is offering an Apprentice Gardener role based in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire, with attendance at Pershore College. You will gain hands-on gardening experience across propagation, pruning and maintenance while pursuing a Level 2 Work Based Diploma in Horticulture.

The 24 month apprenticeship includes regular monitoring visits and potential future employment after successful completion. Start in October 2026, with 39 hours per week at £8.00 per hour.
