Estate Agent - Sales Negotiator

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Rickmansworth.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 12 months' estate agency experienceOR a Trainee looking for their first role in Estate Agency with very strong customer service and sales skills.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Salary and benefits for the role of Sales Negotiator:

• Basic £20,000 - £23,000 DOE
• OTE £25,000 - £35,000 DOE
• Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturdays 9am - 4pm
• 1 Saturday off per month with a day back in lieu
• 5 day working week

Responsibilities for the role of Sales Negotiator:

• Registering and qualifying potential buyers
• Generating and conducting viewings
• Canvassing to bring on new properties
• Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
• Preparing sales brochures
• Developing relationships
• Giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
• Booking appointments
• Always delivering exceptional customer service

Key Skills for the role of Sales Negotiator:

• At least 12 months experience as a Sales Negotiator in the property industry OR very strong customer service and sales skills
• High level of customer service skills.
• Well-spoken with good telephone manner
• Well presented
• Target driven and ambitious
• The desire to work well in a team and be an excellent team player
• Highly motivated
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
