An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Senior Lettings Negotiator, or Assistant Branch Manager to take the next step in their career and join our successful and well-established independent estate agency as our new 'Branch Lettings Manager' for Truro.

The Role

As Lettings Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the branch by:

• Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
• Supporting the Branch Manager with branch performance
• Coaching and motivating negotiators to achieve targets
• Managing and progressing the lettings pipeline
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout their journey
• Building relationships with vendors, tenants and local businesses
• Taking responsibility for branch lettings operations
• Driving revenue growth and identifying new business opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Senior Lettings Negotiator, or Assistant Manager
• Proven track record of winning and generating business
• Strong knowledge of the local residential market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Leadership potential with the ability to inspire others
• Highly organised and target-driven
• Full UK Driving Licence
