This role would suit a proven lister with strong leadership ability, someone who thrives on winning new business, driving performance, and developing a high performing team.

You will be responsible for leading the branch from the front - generating valuations, converting instructions, motivating the team, and ensuring exceptional service is delivered to every client.

The Role

• Managing and motivating a busy estate agency branch
• Winning new instructions and conducting valuations
• Driving branch profitability and hitting revenue targets
• Coaching and developing negotiators to maximise performance
• Delivering exceptional customer service from instruction to completion
• Maintaining strong relationships within the local market

The Ideal Candidate

• Experienced estate agency lister with a strong track record of winning instructions
• Previous management or senior level experience within estate agency
• Natural leader who can inspire and develop a team
• Highly driven, target focused and commercially minded
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of the local property market
