Merchandise Planner (Assistant/Junior Merchandiser)

A market-leading, tech-driven online retail business is looking for a commercially focused Merchandise Planner to take ownership of stock optimisation across a defined product area.

This role is responsible for stock holding, availability and warehouse space utilisation, working closely with Buying to maximise sales, margin and overall performance. You'll own the OTB process, manage forecasts, drive KPI reporting, lead supplier reviews, and proactively manage in season performance and clearance activity.

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience as an Assistant or Junior Merchandiser
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Commercial awareness and confidence interpreting performance data
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast paced environment
• Strong Excel
