ESG & Sustainability Ops Lead - AI-Driven Reporting

Legora is scaling across Europe and building its ESG function from the ground up to meet CSRD, carbon accounting, and credible client disclosures. This founding role will own the ESG programme end to end, from data collection to external reporting.

You will automate reporting with AI, model the compute footprint of large datacentres, and partner with Finance, Legal, Workplace and Revenue to drive audits and client-facing diligence.
