ERP Support Analyst

Robert Half has partnered exclusively with a not-for-profit organisation near Central Oxford to recruit an ERP Suppport Analyst on a permanent basis, paying up to £42,000 with hybrid working (2 days a week in the office). This is a great opportunity to support a meaningful business who are going through an exciting digital transformation journey.

The Role

• Support the Technology team in implementing a new ERP system
• Triage and troubleshoot ERP user queries
• Conduct bug fixes
• Continuous improvement of system processes
• Documentation
• Requirement gather
• Manage 3rd party relationships

About You

• Strong functional knowledge of ERP systems
• Proven experience in application support (SQL Server etc)
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders efficiently
• Partner with business to help business adopt the use of their ERP system
