ERP Procurement Lead

ERP Procurement Lead needed in Stoke Paying £350 per day ref

Full time hours on a temporarybasis

Key Duties

• Oversee procurement workflows within the ERP system, ensuring smooth and effective purchasing processes.
• Partner with internal teams to assess procurement requirements and offer expert advice on best practice approaches.
• Maintain and manage contract registers, ensuring full compliance with government procurement legislation.
• LeverageSAP AribaandS4Hanato optimise procurement functions and improve data integrity.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with theProcurement Act 2023and other applicable regulations.
• Design and execute procurement strategies that support financial goals and operational priorities.
• Produce and deliver analytical reports to stakeholders, offering actionable insights and recommendations.

What We're Looking For

• Strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to interpret and reconcile complex datasets.
• Experience thriving in fast-paced environments and adapting to evolving business demands.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate across all levels.
• Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Excel,Power BI, and other data analysis tools.
• Deep understanding of public sector procurement practices and systems.
• Familiarity with managing contract registers in regulated settings.
• Hands-on experience withSAP AribaandS4Hanais highly advantageous
