ERP Operator

Job Purpose

To ensure the businesses ERP system is completed correctly, efficiently and reports any issues/discrepancies to the Line Leaders or supervisor. Ensure all duties are carried out correctly and efficiently, also enforcing the company's operational procedures and policies.

Dimensions of the Job

• Line Process: Responsible for controlling the aspects of Pallet Labelling / packing processes /labour/ timing
  and controls within the company's existing policies and procedures.
• Paperwork/ Equipment: Responsible for inputting the correct equipment and ensuring the stock is processed
  and recorded properly in prophet.
• ERP: Responsible for maintaining any processing of information within our ERP system (Prophet)

General Areas of Responsibility

• Understanding of the Health & Safety Act and its implications to you, your colleagues and the
  company
• To ensure accuracy of all decant jobs, capturing waste and making sure correct labels and
  product is packed correctly.
• To help/assist the Decant Supervisor to deliver effective and an efficient department.

Experience, Knowledge, Qualifications

• Computer proficiency
• Must have sound administrative skills
• Must have a flexible approach to work
• Have a good understanding of ERP systems
