Your new role

As an ERP Lead, you will be accountable for the successful implementation, optimisation, and ongoing ownership of Infor LN CloudSuite within the group. This role bridges IT, operations, and the shop floor, ensuring that standard Infor LN processes are adopted across the business, aligned with the Infor Process Catalogue (IPC) model, and Embedded through effective change management.

What you'll be doing

Lead the implementation, rollout and continuous improvement of the Infor LN CloudSuite ERP system across the business.

Drive the adoption of standard ERP processes to support manufacturing, production, quality, inventory and supply chain operations.

Partner with operational teams to translate complex heavy engineering and steel manufacturing processes into effective ERP solutions.

Champion business transformation by replacing Legacy processes with scalable, best-practice ERP ways of working.

Develop and deliver change management, communication and user training to maximise engagement and adoption.

Establish robust business processes, master data governance and data quality standards to support operational excellence.

Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, IT teams and external implementation partners, providing functional leadership throughout the ERP programme.

Own the ERP roadmap, identifying opportunities to enhance system capability, improve efficiency and support long-term business objectives.

Experience needed

Proven experience leading ERP implementations, ideally Infor LN CloudSuite.

Strong background in manufacturing ERP.

Demonstrated success delivering large-scale change management in operational and shop-floor settings.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
